I am an emergency medicine physician currently an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and Affiliate Faculty and Senior Investigator in the School of Public Health, Center for Global Health. I serve as Director for the Global Emergency Medicine Initiative and the Fellowship Program in Global Emergency Care and Public Health—a two year post graduate research and training fellowship for emergency trained physicians interested in global health, and as a Consultant and Clinical Expert to the World Health Organization, Integrated Health Project Implementation, Global Emergency, Critical, and Operative (ECO) Care Initiative.
