I am passionate about advancing the health and safety of active-duty military, veterans, and civilians through innovative medical solutions. I serve as the Commercialization Director for the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC- https://mtec-sc.org/). MTEC is a 501c3 partnered with the Department of Defense to invest in biomedical innovation that improves health outcomes for civilian and military personnel.
MTEC enables our network to:
1) Open a direct dialog with the DoD
2) Network efficiently
3) Receive funding and implement R&D more efficiently, and
4) Obtain expert guidance on commercialization strategy and fundraising.
I work closely with member companies to assess and assist with market readiness, providing advice and referrals to our M-Corps network to design and execute clinical, regulatory, and business strategies that advance medical products to commercialization.
